Fish with potatoes
STEP 1
Cut the onion into julienne strips and the potatoes and tomatoes into slices.
STEP 3
Cover the vegetables with aluminum foil and bake them for about 25 minutes at 180ºC.
STEP 2
Grease a baking tray with a little extra virgin olive oil. Place a layer of potatoes, one of tomatoes and one of onion with chopped garlic. Season it, pour another jet of oil on top, making sure it is well distributed, and add the rosemary (you can use spices to taste).
STEP 4
Season the sea bass with salt and pepper, arrange them on the potatoes and cook them at 190ºC for another 10 minutes. Add the chopped almonds the last 5 minutes.
