MEDITERRANEAN DIET 

Soleae Ocal organic extra virgin olive oil is an intensely fruity oil, with an abundance of green notes. On the nose, very fruity notes of ripe fruit predominate, such as apple and grape, with hints of hay and alloza. On the palate, it shows a very striking itching and bitterness that brings back memories of pepper, although other intense notes of walnut appear at the end, which become persistent and very pleasant. In the same way they behave exceptionally with vegetables or other wok dishes, boiled or cooked. Soleae organic oil is also available in the Manzanilla variety.
