Fish with potatoes
​INGREDIENTS
2 sea bass of about 300 g (clean)
1 onion
2 medium potatoes
2 ripe tomatoes
1 clove garlic
A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
A few sprigs of rosemary
100 g Borges chopped almonds
Rice pudding (traditional)
INGREDIENTS​
½ liter of milk (maybe a little more, it is indicative)
2 generous handfuls of rice (the size of your fist)
2 slices of lemon peel a stick of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of sugar​
Seafood broth rice
300 g of round grain rice
1 unit of green pepper
300 g of Monkfish
200 g of Norway lobsters
500 g of clams
800 ml of fish broth
1 tsp sweet paprika
Salt
Tiger nut milk shake
250 gr of tiger nuts from Valencia (it is important that they are Valencian because they have excellent quality, they hydrate great and even have their own special sweetness).
