Sierra de Cádiz Denomination of Origin oil is a different extra virgin olive, with its own identity. Coming from mountain olive groves, our olive growers preserve the most traditional way of cultivation.

The privileged geographical situation in which our olive tree is located not only translates into an extra virgin of the highest quality, but also has very high levels of phenolic compounds, which determine the healthy properties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The oil with a medium to intense fruity aroma of green or ripe olives, reminiscent of wild fruits and aromas with a light, medium bitter and spicy flavor, resulting balanced on the palate.
